Can I Return My Order?

Yes, you can. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a return policy that allows you to return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

Return Conditions

You have 30 days to return your item, starting from the date you received it. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging so they can be resold.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it. After this period, cancellation is no longer possible.

Return Process

To request a return, email us at info@arianebay.com. Include your contact details, order number, and clear photos or videos showing any defects or damage (if applicable). Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the items back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Don’t forget to email us proof of shipping—preferably by replying to the previous email conversation.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, we will offer a free replacement. Please make sure to send photos or videos clearly showing the damage.

Refunds

Refunds for returned items will be processed within 2-5 business days after the returned items have been received by our supplier.

Notes

We reserve the right to deny refunds if return conditions are not met. Please note that, if applicable, your items may need to be returned to one of our warehouses, which could be located overseas depending on stock location.
